At Signatures du Monde, every piece is a premium, made-to-order fine art print produced exclusively for you. Because each item is custom-created upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@signaturesdumonde.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
